The project aims to improve and strengthen the rainwater drainage system in the 2nd and 6th districts of the city of Bangui in the Central African Republic.
The main objective is to:
• Contribute to the improvement of sanitary and hygienic conditions by minimizing the risks of waterborne diseases.
• Reduce the inconvenience caused by the overflow of drainage channels after the rainy season, in order to minimize disruption to affected residential and commercial areas.
The ultimate goal is to improve the quality of life of Bangui residents and strengthen the city’s resilience to extreme weather conditions.
