The Inter-State National Road (ISDN) development and asphalting project: KANDI-SEGBANA-Fontiére NIGERIA section and KANDI bypass.
The main objective of this project is to build a paved road with the following characteristics:

- Asphalt Concrete Coating
- 6 Works of Art
The proposed works are:

- One (01) Pre-stressed Concrete Bridge
